We, as a team, work one on one with our clients to make sure they are completely satisfied with the outcome of the project.
Our nine step interactive design process ensures that your new office reflects your unique tastes and our professional touch.
1: Initial Design Consultation. Meet client, discuss their needs & wants, site location, budget and our role in their design.
2: Initial Visit to Existing Office. See how the client works in their current environment, take photos, discuss likes & dislikes of current office, discuss goals, how staff & patients want to feel in their environment.
3: Schematic Sketches. As a team, sit down and discuss, design and create an office that reflects client’s personal tastes and needs with our professional touch.
4: Preliminary Design. Preliminary design of plan through further detailing of sketches into a preliminary floor plan.
5: Preliminary Construction Cost Estimate. Builder/Developer to estimate project’s total projected cost using preliminary floor plan & elevations to ensure client’s budget is being met.
6: Construction drawings. Begin upon approval of preliminary design and cost estimate. Work with client to fine-tune all details.
7: Interior Design. During construction drawings, meet with client to determine style, comfort & overall design of office environment. Select interior materials, finishes & furnishings with client.
8: Request for Final Bid. Upon completion of construction drawings, including material schedule, drawing sets to be distributed for final bid price.
9: Construction Begins. Contractor is selected and construction begins. Your personalized office becomes a reality!
